We stand behind our products 100%. All of the items that we offer are custom made therefore we do not offer any type of refund or credit for unused or returned items. We will send a replacement for the item that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site. We must be notified within 5 business days upon receipt of the product if it arrives defective or damaged.
